As per the Notification Published on April 2024 , There will be no Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) from the session 2024-25 onwards, Admission into various Polytechnic Courses under the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, will be based on the Marks obtained in the HSLC Exam.

Assam Polytechnic Admission 2025 : Eligibility Criteria
Resident ship: Candidates must be an Indian citizen and a Permanent Residents of Assam can admission into Assam Polytechnic Colleges.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the H.S.L.C or its Equivalent Examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as Compulsory Subjects. Candidates Also Must Have passed individually in both Theory and Practical Examinations in Mathematics and Science. Also, Candidates must get the Following marks in Mathematics and Science as per their Category-
